Lutron Services

Along with its many service and repair services, including lamp repair and mobile installation, Light Bulbs Unlimited is certified and offers three Lutron services to its customers. These services are meant to help customers control and protect their homes better.

The three Lutron technologies are RA2 Select, RadioRA 2 and Lutron Power Shades. You can control these devices through voice activation with Alexa and Google Assistant.

RA2 Select

RA2 Select provides personalized smart lighting and shade control for a more convenient, comfortable atmosphere that brings an extra peace of mind to you. This technology allows you to stay in control of your home, even when you are not there.

The RA2 Select main repeater lets you to control the lights and shades on a smartphone or tablet from anywhere with the free Lutron app. The repeater supports up to 100 devices. You can also use the Pico remote or keypad as well.

Setting up the RA2 Select is simple: The main repeater connects with the Wi-Fi router and through the Cloud, the Lutron App automatically configures light and shade levels.

Lutron’s patented Clear Connect RF technology guarantees reliability and trust-worthiness with precision and accuracy through the RA2 Select.

RadioRA 2

The next Lutron service is the RadioRA 2, which is an energy-saving wireless home control system. The system gives you the ability to adjust the amount of daylight and electric light used by utilizing light controls and automated shades. It also lets you control the temperature in a single room or in every room throughout the house. An additional feature is that the system turns off standby power to small appliances when they are not in use to conserve energy.

To do all of these actions, RadioRA 2 comes with several devices: the Lutron TrouchPRO Wireless Thermostat, the Enhanced Lutron Home Control+ App Version 3.3, Cellular Shades and Direct Security Integration.

The Lutron TouchPRO Wireless Thermostat combines Honeywell with Lutron for a simpler way to control temperature. The Enhanced Lutron Home Control+ App Version 3.3, now available in the App Store and Android Market, includes full functionality on smartphone devices for better home control.

The Sivoia QS Wireless Cellular Shades are the next generation of Lutron window treatment. The wire-free, battery-operated shading uses Triathlon power technology to provide a crisp, clean look. The Direct Security Integration allows lifestyle benefits and enhanced security to become a priority. The device uses the RadioRA 2 main repeater to connect directly to select security panels to control lights, shades, temperature and small appliances.

Lutron Power Shades

The Lutron Power Shades allow customers to make the most of daylight in their homes by utilizing it to reduce the need for electric light, which saves energy – and all at the touch of a button.

The biggest feature for this Lutron service is that they save energy. Features can either open or lower the shades to best fit your needs. The fabric is made from sustainable materials to ensure the best environmental and energy savings for you. To control the Power Shades, customers can use several keypads, remotes, wireless tabletop controls or even sat a clock for automatic adjustment. With the Power Shades’ user-friendly nature, you can then increase your home security by setting timers for all the shades to close.

The Power Shades give an elegant look to your home by using stylish control and fabric options. The shades align within 1/16 inch of each other. This, in turn, helps reduce glare and protect your furnishings and electronic devices, as well as art, rugs and wood surfaces from damaging UV rays.
